Our facilities management crews are professionals dedicated to ensuring the functionality, comfort, safety, sustainability, and efficiency of the built environments: the buildings we live and work in and their surrounding infrastructure. These teams are working constantly to ensure the regular and routine upkeep of our WCHS environments. Since they cannot be everywhere all the time, if you see something that needs to be cleaned, repaired, or needs attention from our Maintenance, Biomed, or Environmental Services teams, please use the forms below to reach out and make your request known.

All Medical Equipment Requests are reviewed by the Medical Equipment Committee. Before submitting your BioMed New Medical Equipment Request above, please have a completed New Medical Equipment Request document and an updated vendor quote ready to attach.
